Fargo Block 9

The development of Fargo Block 9 is the first of its kind to come to the city of Fargo, North Dakota. While maintaining the area’s architectural venacular, Block 9 introduces a new footprint to the region. The various programs held within now overlook Fargo’s skyline as it is the tallest building in the city.

The 43 year old transformed parking lot now houses the headquarters for the R.D. Offutt Company, ground floor retail, a boutique hotel, restaurant, and residential condominiums. In addition to the new interior, an exterior plaza was introduced and is intended to serve as a large public gathering space for the city.

Block 9 towers at 232 feet tall, uses 290,000 square feet of space and supports 384 parking spaces.
